With Julia running the day to day finances Sally is now working on THL publicity as well as the general administration of the business, trying to keep costs to a minimum for THL clients.  When several projects are on the go at once and in different parts of the world, this can be a very taxing job, but she says she loves working with the THL riggers and hopes she is able to support them so they are able to give 100% while working away from home.
